Cuban cigars

Herman Upmann came from a European banking dynasty and loved cigars. When a branch of the bank was opened in Havana in 1840, he willingly took over the management. The cigars he sent home from there became so popular that Upmann opened his own cigar factory in 1844. After successful activity in both branches of business, however, he had to close first the bank in 1922, later also the cigar factory. Exactly 100 years after the first company was founded, a new factory called H.Upmann opened its doors on Calle Amistad in Old Havana.

With the Magnum 54, H. Upmann is expanding its range of the already very popular Magnum series. Here you will find the typical roasted and chocolate aromas and in the course tones of hay, earth and coffee.
