For the eleventh time in a row, Davidoff celebrates the Chinese New Year with a specially created cigar and matching accessories. Like the rabbit’s personality, the design of the lacquered exterior of the box is elegantly calmed and does not reveal the depth hidden inside. The lid shows the Year of the Rabbit symbol and the visibly highlighted Year of the Rabbit pattern, which imitates the gentle and steady hopping of a rabbit.

Davidoff has opted for a perfecto format for the interpretation of this zodiac sign, as it is reminiscent of the ears of a rabbit. The multi-layered blend with its slowly revealing complexity also perfectly reflects the personality of the rabbit. This is due to the conical shape of the cigar. Seven different tobaccos, among which are deposit tobaccos with an average age of 4.5 years, come together and invite aficionados to discover the complexity of the cigar layer by layer. Initially a little reserved, the expertly rolled perfecto delights with peppery notes, which are soon joined by those of leather. This is where the true complexity of the cigar unfolds. The intensity increases slightly towards the end without ever overwhelming the palate. A cocoa sweetness concludes this pleasant taste experience.
