§1. Our WEB – Shop Information and WEB – Shop – Prices are non-binding and non-binding. Tobacco shop Achermann Thun Terms and Conditions; WEB-Shop reserves the right to make changes. For items that are not in stock at the time of the ordering process, there may be a price change depending on how the supplier prices change! The information in the WEB shop is not a guaranteed characteristic. Orders are only binding for us if we confirm them in writing (status >in process<) or fulfill them by sending you the goods.

§2. All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) incl. the VAT rate applicable at that time.

§3. Payment is made via prepayment, Twint, Visa or Postfinance. The transmission of your card number is secure and secure (SSL).

§4. Advance payments are payable within 10 days of receipt of the order.

§5. Tabakfachgeschäft Achermann Thun determines the shipping method and the shipping route at its dutiful discretion, unless there are special instructions from the customer. Partial deliveries are permissible.

§6. Shipping by Swiss B-Post is usually within 2 to 5 working days for items from stock. Postal delivery: Tuesday – Friday. Shipping costs from CHF 8.50. The parcels are insured up to CHF 1000.- In the event of loss of parcels, we reject any liability. It is the customer’s responsibility to investigate swiss post. All items shipped by us are checked before shipping (especially glass) and are shipped in top condition. In the case of defective goods, we reject any liability. In this case, please contact Swiss Post directly. We only ship within Switzerland.

§7. Internet orders are considered a binding purchase contract under Swiss law. If the package cannot be handed over by the postman at your home, it will be stored at the post office for 7 days for collection. After this period, it will be returned to us. If a package is not picked up or acceptance refused, a flat fee of Fr. 35.- and the full shipping costs invoiced.

§8. Delivery time and delay in delivery:
Delivery times are only bindingly agreed if they are made or confirmed by us as such in writing. A bindingly agreed delivery period shall be extended as long as the delivery is delayed due to circumstances for which we are not responsible. Items that cannot be delivered can be canceled by Tabakversand. Reservation of self-supply: We are not responsible for timely delivery by upstream suppliers. If certain items are no longer available from our supplier, we may withdraw from the contract without any obligation to compensate for damages or expenses. Upon receipt, the customer must inspect the delivered goods immediately for transport damage and defects.

§9. Return Policy/ Right of Return
There is no right of return.

§10. Contract Order
By completing the order process by clicking on the “Complete order” button, you place a legally binding order for the goods listed in the shopping cart. We accept your offer by sending an order confirmation or by sending the goods. If an advance payment is not made within 10 days, a flat fee of Fr. 35.- invoiced.

§11. web-Shop Gift Vouchers
web-Shop gift vouchers are not eligible for discounts.

web-Shop Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in the web-Shop www.tabakversand.ch. They are transferable and can be redeemed for partial orders. Validity from date of issue 720 days
